Aquarobics is an energetic and invigorating class that combines aqua aerobics and strength training for a total body workout. It is a faster pace program but we welcome all levels of fitness as you can exercise at your own level of comfort.
Aqua Pump is our moderate to high intensity program that focuses on strengthening and toning your entire body. It is low in complexity but high on fun! It has all the benefits of traditional weight lifting with that added bonus of increased cardiovascular fitness as well as improvements to grip strength, balance and coordination.
Aqua Zumba is a Latin infused low inpact, high energy class that combines music, dance and fitness moves to give you an all around workout. All levels of fitness welcome.
Our easy mover’s class is a full body workout designed to increase your strength, fitness and mobility at the Clive Pool. The classes are great for all, but especially suitable for senior adults, pre-natal women, beginners, and those desiring a lower impact workout. No swimming ability required.
